Refund and Return Policy – Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns We accept returns and refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Return Conditions Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  3. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process. No restocking fee applies.

  4. Dropshipping & Third-Party Items Many of our products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers. Refunds and returns for these items are subject to the supplier's policies and may require additional processing time.
